The njlegalize.me Business Directory is actively growing, but not every New Jersey cannabis business is listed yet. If you search and can't find your business, you can request it be added — it's free, and the process is straightforward.
Step 1: Search the Directory First
Before submitting a request, confirm your business isn't already listed. Go to the Business Directory, use the search bar to look up your business name, and also try browsing your category. Businesses sometimes appear under slightly different names.

Step 2: Contact Us to Request Your Listing
If your business genuinely isn't in the Directory, reach out to our team via the Contact & Support page. For business addition requests, email business@njlegalize.me directly.
Step 3: Include These Details in Your Request
To get your business added as quickly as possible, include the following in your email:
- Business name — the full legal or trading name
- Business category — e.g. Dispensary, Cannabis Attorney, Delivery Service, Testing Lab
- Address — street address, city, zip code
- Phone number
- Website URL
- Brief description — one or two sentences about what your business offers
- Your name and role — so we know you're authorized to request the listing
Step 4: What Happens Next
Our team reviews all business addition requests within 24–48 business hours. Once your business is added to the Directory, you'll receive a confirmation and can immediately proceed to claim the listing so you have full editorial control.

After Your Business Is Added
Once it's live in the Directory, the next step is to claim it. Claiming gives you the ability to edit your description, upload photos, update your hours and contact info, and submit events tied to your business. See: How to Claim an Existing Business Listing.
