The New Jersey Medical Marijuana Program is changing rapidly this year with an expansion of eligible conditions for patients to obtain a medical card and 6 new dispensaries entering the market in 2019. Looking for a good place to start? Go to the State Dept of Health Medical Marijuana Program Website first. If you're a new patient looking to enter the program start here at the FAQ page it may help make the process go more smoothly and then read the Guidelines for Patients and Caregivers page.
If you just wish to register you can start at the Registration page that contains more information about what medical information and documents you'll need (be sure to read all of this carefully) and proceed to the NJMMP Page and click "New Patient Registration" in the upper left corner. From there you can begin the registration process online. If you do run into any issues the contact info for the Support team is: MMP Customer Service Unit at 609-292-0424 or firstname.lastname@example.org
The Dept of Health website also provides a listing of Doctors and Dispensaries (or Alternative Treatment Centers) but when after reviewing them we found the pages needing some improvement so we decided to create our own directory for the people who need it most on njlegalize.me
We've collected publicly available data from various sources to create the a directory of NJMMP Physicians and Alternative Treatment Centers. The directory is available in both List and Map formats and provides users with a better way to search for a Physicians and Dispensaries in the New Jersey Medical Marijuana Program. Also for each Doctor and Dispensary there is a detailed listing page where registered users are encouraged to rate and review both NJ MMP Doctors and Dispensaries.
