How to Submit an Event

Step-by-Step Guide to Submitting Your Cannabis Event

You need to be logged in to submit an event. Create an account if you don't have one yet.

1. Access the Event Submission Form

  • Log in to your account
  • Click "Submit Event" in the top navigation
  • Or visit your dashboard and click "Create New Event"

2. Fill Out Event Details

Basic Information:

  • Title: Give your event a clear, descriptive name
  • Category: Select the category that best fits your event
  • Description: Provide detailed information about your event (minimum 100 characters)

Date & Time:

  • Event start date and time
  • Event end date and time
  • All times are in Eastern Time (ET)

Location:

  • For in-person events: Provide complete venue address
  • For virtual events: Include meeting link/details
  • For hybrid events: Provide both venue and virtual details

Registration Details:

  • Capacity: Set maximum attendees (leave blank for unlimited)
  • Price: Enter ticket price or 0 for free events
  • External Registration: Add link if using external ticketing

3. Add Images

  • Upload a featured image for your event
  • Images should be at least 800x600 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP

4. Submit for Review

  • Save as draft to finish later, or
  • Submit for review to publish your event
  • You'll receive an email when your event is reviewed

Event Approval Process

All events are reviewed by our team to ensure quality and compliance:

  • Review Time: 24-48 hours
  • Notification: Email confirmation when approved
  • Rejected Events: You'll receive feedback if your event needs changes
