About This Event
Join us at SunnyTien Consumption Lounge for Toke & Flow, a Cannabis Social and Slow Flow Yoga Class. Your ticket includes admission to class and a 1g Pre-Roll from Lowell Farms, perfect for our pre- and post-flow smoke sessions. Throughout the 60 minute class you will be led by Julianna Laird through meditation, pranayama (breath work), slow flow vinyasa, and deep restoration, all to an intentionally curated playlist. This class is appropriate for all levels - no prior yoga experience necessary! Please BYO: Water bottle, Yoga mat, blanket, blocks (optional), bolster (optional)
