About This Event
Join us at SunnyTien Consumption Lounge for Toke & Flow, a Cannabis Social and Slow Flow Yoga Class. Your SOMA invoice admission to class and a rig Rosin from Lower Hemp, perfect for any pre & post flow smoke sessions. This class will be guided by Julienne Lenz through meditation, pranayama (breath work), slow flow vinyasa, and deep relaxation, so be an intentionally curated practice. This class is appropriate for all levels - no prior yoga experience necessary.
