Join Julianna of Rooted Movement for a Cannabis Social & Core-Focused Fitness class at SunnyTien Lounge!
Your ticket includes admission to class and a 1g pre-roll, perfect for our pre-workout smoke session.
Throughout the 60-minute class, you will be led through a warm-up, core strengthening exercises, and a full-body stretch, all set to an intentionally curated playlist. This session is appropriate for all fitness levels!
