NAAVI Realty LLC seeks to renovate a vacant restaurant alongside the Rodeway Inn into a store for sale of recreational cannabis. The eatery most recently housed The Boiling Seafood and Ramen Mini-Hot Pot, but prior to that it was a longtime Denny’s. The Mount Laurel Planning Board has approved dividing the single property lot at 1132 Route 73 of more than three acres, which stretches between the state highway and Church Road, into two to give the proposed retail store operation its own lot as required by the state.
