Women Grow – Flemington, the New Jersey branch of the national cannabis networking organization, will host “Home Grown: An Evening with NJ-based Cannabis Advocates and Professionals” on July 12th.
The evening, co-sponsored by Crabapple Cove Accounting Group and Cole Schotz, P.C., will deliver policy updates, advocacy efforts, and first-hand accounts from people who work in the cannabis industry.
“There are so many advocates and professionals who are working tirelessly in New Jersey, even though our medical marijuana program is small and adult-use cannabis is not yet legal,” said Stacey Yalenti, CPA, CEO of Crabapple Cove Accounting Group and a speaker at the evening’s event. “It’s very thrilling to get all these brilliant minds under one roof for a singular event – it’s a don’t-miss evening for anyone curious about what’s going on regarding cannabis in New Jersey.”
Speakers include Charlana McKeithen, central New Jersey Marketing Director, Minorities for Medical Marijuana; Bonniwell Graham III, incoming NY/NJ region president, Minorities for Medical Marijuana; and Megan Glaser, Deputy State Director of Drug Policy Alliance – New Jersey chapter.
